Overview / Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PitchCoach AI (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Nextblue (“Nextblue”, “we”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Intended Use
PitchCoach AI is a practice tool for founders to rehearse and improve pitch delivery. It is not an investment advisory service, brokerage service, or due-diligence tool.
AI limitations / No guarantees
The Service uses AI systems that may produce incomplete, incorrect, or inconsistent outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any responses.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload sensitive, regulated, or confidential information. You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have the rights to share it.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for core functionality, including Supabase for authentication, OpenAI and Hume for AI services, and hosting providers for infrastructure. Use of the Service may be subject to their terms and policies.

Termination / access
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextblue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
